Comfy hotel in Puerto Vallarta with very attentive staff on shift. Brand-new and spotless rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge. All in all good and incredible location, short walk to Strana, and the restaurant. Also, in the beachfront area.

Enjoyed Puerto Vallarta, the hotel was comfy to restaurants before 9am for breakfasts. The staff was very amiable, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We felt welcomed and appreciated throughout our entire visit. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. we loved the facilities of the hotel, especially the swimming pools and hot tubs, which were clean and well-maintained.
There were some issues with our check-in process, as the hotel was overbooked. This seemed to be a recurring problem, as we heard similar stories from other guests.

The hotel was comfy and great, enjoyed swimming pool view from our junior suite. The staff was very amiable and attentive and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. It offered us favourable and amazing location so close to Puerta Vallarta and Bucerias and the supermarket and the busses and Market. Furthermore, close to shopping plaza.
